【Fitment】
Designed specifically for Yamaha Raptor 660 sport ATVs from 2001–2005 (YFM660R). The front track width is increased by roughly 4" overall (about +2" per side), giving the quad a wider stance and more confidence in corners and at speed.
【4130 Chromoly Construction】
Built from high-strength 4130 chromoly steel tubing rather than mild steel. This material choice delivers a strong, lightweight arm that can better handle jumps, ruts and aggressive riding in MX tracks, dunes or rough trails.
【Adjustable Front-End Geometry】
The system allows you to fine-tune camber, caster and toe using the upper arms and tie rods, so you can dial in steering response for all-around trail use, tight woods or faster desert-style riding—without being locked into a fixed factory setting.
【Bushings, Sleeves & Serviceability】
Each arm uses Delrin pivot bushings for a precise, low-friction feel, with grease fittings at key pivot points so you can quickly service the bushings with a grease gun. The design reuses your OEM steel inner sleeves and dust caps, which helps maintain proper alignment and long-term durability.
【Tie Rods & Ball Joints Included】
Kit includes stainless steel tie rods for extra corrosion resistance, plus upper and lower ball joints, giving you a complete front-end package out of the box. The ball joints are designed to work with the factory spindles—no reaming or machining required.
【Stock-Length Shock Compatible】
Engineered to work with stock-length front shocks, whether OEM or aftermarket replacements of the same length. For riders who push hard or frequently jump, re-valving or upgrading the shocks is recommended to get the most from the wider front end.
【Finish】
Arms are finished in matte black powder coat, providing a clean, factory-style look with a tough outer layer that stands up to rocks, mud and routine pressure-washing. This keeps ordering simple—one color that works with nearly any graphics kit.
【Brake Line Requirement & Clamps】
Because these A-arms extend the front suspension approximately +2" per side, your stock front brake lines are not long enough. You will need to install longer brake lines to maintain safe routing and full steering travel. For a clean install, you can pair the lines with APE RACING brake line clamps (sold separately) to secure the hoses neatly to the arms.
【Lifetime Warranty (Non-Crash)**】
Backed by an APE RACING limited lifetime warranty for the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship. Impact damage from crashes, hard hits, misuse, improper installation or normal wear items (bushings, ball joints, etc.) is not covered.
【Package Includes】
2 × front upper A-arms (left & right)
2 × front lower A-arms (left & right)
2 × stainless steel tie rods
Delrin pivot bushings (pre-installed)
Grease fittings at pivot locations
Upper and lower ball joints

To determine wheel diameter, measure the diameter of the tire bead seat (not the outer lip of the wheel).
To determine offset, measure from the weld to the center of the tire bead on both sides, then add the two measurements to get the total. The side with the valve stem is the “outer” measurement.
Note: If the tire is still installed, the tire sidewall often lists the wheel diameter (for example: 8", 9", 10"). You can also measure from the inside of the wheel using the diagram below for the most accurate result.
